Normalising / Solution annealing

The Purdie team will ensure carbon steel dished ends are of maximum strength – and their molecular structures are returned to their original state - after going through our forming processes. The normalising process for dished ends which are to be used in high pressure situations, such as a chemical or a process plant, or offshore work, sees them placed into a furnace to ensure the molecular structure returns to its strongest form.
